Time Out From Bathroom

The bathroom is slowly coming together. After two weeks the bath is in and the basin and toilet. My workman is now doing the tiling. he visits in the evening as he’s other work commitments.

My health is none too good at the moment and the latest predicament is not being able to walk far due to very painful balls of the feet.

Today I took a break and feet feeling a little better went for a walk with Spotty in  the afternoon. Here in my part of the world it is very hot. I chose a cool walk among the trees where a stream runs beside the path with  a waterfall at one point. The place where we go is an easy access for Spotty to go in to paddle, drink and find sticks. I sat on the bank and watcher her at play. Above birds sang and a gentle breeze blew through the trees and sunlight. Here are a couple of photos of Spotty.

I have had to lighten the picture but as you can see she loves the water’.

My next photo is of the swan up at the park. it was taken a couple of weeks ago. She is still sitting!!!! I have seen eggs underneath her but have ben wondering whether this is a ‘false pregnancy’ like us humans get. It has been since about April.
