PORRIDGE

God Morning to you all.

Yesterday I made porridge with half milk and half water. Nothing unusual in that you say. But wait – after putting the sprinkling of sugar (Canderel) and a little milk  going round the edge of the porridge, I place my spoon in and take a mouthful.

Whoops it tasted different.

THOUGHTS – well must be the saucepan –need a new one.

Tasted milk on its own Oh dear oh dear oh me THE MILK HAS GONE OFF!!

So that was the end of the porridge  as it went into the waste bin and the rest of the milk  – most of the bottle- tipped down the drain. Gone are the days when your milk would keep a day or two. Shop market stuff never lasts as long.
